About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ERP Financial Business Analyst with expertise in PeopleSoft or Workday Financials to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full lifecycle ERP implementations, particularly within the public sector. You will be responsible for analyzing financial business processes, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our ERP system.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an ERP Financial Business Analyst.
• In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft or Workday Financials.
• Experience with full lifecycle ERP implementation.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay, AP/AR, General Ledger, Budgeting, Projects & Grants, and Asset Management modules.
• Proficiency in ChartFields, Worktags, and COA structures.
• Skilled in requirements gathering, gap analysis, data conversion, mapping, and reconciliation.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, and functional testing.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation.
• Experience with public sector ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document financial business processes related to Procure-to-Pay, AP/AR, General Ledger, Budgeting, Projects & Grants, and Asset Management.
• Conduct requirements gathering and gap analysis to identify system needs and potential solutions.
• Design and configure ERP modules (PeopleSoft/Workday Financials) to meet business requirements.
• Oversee data conversion, mapping, and reconciliation activities.
• Develop and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.
• Perform functional testing and data validation using SQL.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and user adoption.
• Provide expertise in ChartFields, Worktags, and Chart of Accounts (COA) management.
• Support public sector ERP implementations.
