About The Position

The Senior ERP Analyst will report to the Deputy Director of ERP. This position will support the Employee Benefits and Human Resources area of ERP. Work directly with business-process owners to support, analyze, document, and enhance business processes within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Assist users on ways to optimize use of the system and advance the adoption of system best practices. Create business process documentation to update training materials, develop test scripts, and support user-acceptance testing. Participate in the review, evaluation, configuration, testing, and implementation of solutions to identify and minimize gaps. Gather requirements, recommend solutions, prioritize requests, and develop reporting solutions while supporting third-party interfaces within ERP systems. Participate in County-wide data governance initiatives. This position is Actively Recruited and At-Will.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree or higher is required.
  • 4 years of implementing or supporting Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) and applications or directly related experience is required.
  • Skill in using MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio).
  • Knowledge of diverse analytical practices to independently perform moderate to complex studies and continually adapt new methods.
  • Ability to analyze business trends, project budgeting, and expenses.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members, mid-level leadership, and potentially senior leaders to drive accuracy and precision in analysis.
  • Skill in executing advanced data collection, synthesis, analysis, reporting, and development of recommendations to support functional area(s), where analysis is based on diverse or non-standard problems.
  • Ability to work independently and provide guidance to staff and business users addressing analytical and technical challenges.
  • Knowledge of ERP system configuration and best practices in the specified functional area.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting the Advance Benefits module in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) is preferred.
  • Experience managing enterprise employee benefit plans is preferred.
  • Experience supporting HR professionals in workplace planning, compensation analysis and employee performance management and development is preferred.
