Hatch’s Thunder Bay office is the Northern Ontario hub, with this senior environmental role providing leadership across the region, focused on pursuits and engagements across Ontario and the prairies. Role: We are seeking an Environmental Scientist who combines strong project delivery leadership, client management, and team collaboration skills with deep technical expertise. This individual will deliver high-quality outcomes to our clients, while leveraging their professional network and Hatch’s strong industry reputation to expand our presence in the environmental consulting space across the region. In addition, this individual will play a key leadership role in the growth, mentoring, and performance of the Thunder Bay Environment, People, and Place team, both as the senior team member in the office, and as a collaborator across the region. In this role, you will contribute significantly to the approach, methodology, planning, and execution of environmental projects across our mining and metals, energy, and infrastructure sectors. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, senior leaders, sponsors, and stakeholders, while coordinating resources, and driving project success from project identification and proposal development, through leading the execution and project close-out. This role is responsible for all environmental project deliverables, meeting all applicable quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
