In this role, you will be a part of the Environmental team, of the Energy Services Sector. You will manage environmental permitting, regulatory strategy development, environmental field surveys, and construction compliance for a variety of energy-related projects, including regulated and non-regulated pipeline projects, tank terminals, and downstream facilities. You will develop, prepare and maintain environmental policy and procedures manuals for compliance assurance throughout the lifecycle of projects. You will manage and prepare applications for the permitting of projects including those associated with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), state agencies including State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO), and county and local agencies. You will manage firms conducting wetland delineations, TE habitat characterization, environmental and cultural resources surveys, land use mapping and vegetation cover classification, GPS data collection, permitting and report preparations with USACE, United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), and state and county agencies. You will prepare and ensure overall performance and accuracy of documents for environmental services in accordance with National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) guidelines as applicable. You will prepare documentation and biological assessments for Section 7 ESA consultation requirements. You will prepare detailed proposals and cost estimates for existing and new client contracts.
