About The Position

EIS Holding, LLC, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Downstream team in Colorado. This role combines technical expertise in site assessment and remediation with strong project and personnel leadership. You will oversee a portfolio of environmental projects from assessment through remediation and monitoring, serve as the final technical review authority on reports and budgets, and build lasting relationships with clients and regulatory partners. You will also guide a team of project managers and junior staff, fostering a collaborative environment. This position is for a detail-driven environmental professional who thrives on regulatory complexity, client relationships, and developing talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of CDLE-OPS requirements
  • Communicates with clients, employees, and regulatory personnel in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Steel-toed footwear; hard hat; safety vest; protective eyewear; gloves

Nice To Haves

  • Professional Geologist or Professional Engineer
  • OSHA 40
  • CPR/First Aid Certification

Responsibilities

  • Be the senior manager on a portfolio of environmental projects.
  • Supervise and mentor project managers and junior staff and maintain client relationships.
  • Oversee site assessments, remediation design and implementation, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Ensure projects and clients maintain compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
  • Review and analyze environmental data and complete final review of technical reports and budgets.
  • Stay educated on changing regulations within the industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and resolutions effectively.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior scientists, geologists, and project staff.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes career development.
  • Prepare proposals and estimates.
  • Support miscellaneous projects, including Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments and Brownfields redevelopment projects.
