Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in environmental compliance, quality compliance, regulatory compliance, or a closely related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting medical devices or regulated products.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. and international environmental regulations applicable to manufactured products.
  • Project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide environmental compliance subject matter expertise for the Neurosurgical product portfolio, supporting products from development through commercialization.
  • Interpret and apply U.S. and international environmental regulations to ensure compliance across multiple product lines and markets.
  • Plan and execute environmental compliance activities for new product development to achieve on‑time compliant product launches.
  • Translate regulatory requirements into clear, actionable design and documentation requirements aligned to project scope and target markets.
  • Serve as the primary internal resource for environmental compliance questions, providing timely guidance to engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.
  • Author, review, and approve environmental compliance documentation to support regulatory readiness and audits.
  • Partner with suppliers to collect compliance data and deliver training or education as needed to support compliant materials and components.
  • Identify compliance risks early and implement solutions to maintain product timelines and regulatory alignment.
