About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise QA Engineer with 8+ years of expertise in software quality assurance, test strategy, and enterprise application testing. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end testing initiatives, manage QA teams, define automation frameworks, and ensure high-quality delivery across complex enterprise systems and digital transformation programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance
- Strong experience in enterprise application testing and QA leadership
- Hands-on experience with Test Automation Tools like Selenium, Worksoft along with Performance testing tools like Loadrunner, Tricentis
- Experience testing integrations with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Nice To Haves
- Performance testing certifications preferred
- Experience with AI-driven testing and quality engineering practices
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide testing programs for web, mobile, API, cloud, and enterprise applications.
- Define and implement enterprise QA strategies, test plans, testing standards, and governance frameworks.
- Manage functional, integration, system, regression, UAT, automation, and performance testing activities.
- Develop and maintain automated regression test suites for continuous validation and release readiness.
- Lead performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and DevOps teams.
- Support CI/CD integration and shift-left testing practices.
- Establish QA metrics, dashboards, defect management processes, and quality reporting standards.
- Identify testing risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and mitigation strategies.
- Mentor QA engineers and coordinate offshore/onshore testing teams and vendor partners.
- Ensure production readiness and support release management activities.
