About The Position

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Enterprise AI Automation Engineer to help execute its 2026 Enterprise AI Strategy. The role designs and builds agentic AI systems that advance the organization from information retrieval to orchestrated, multi-system automation. It works across AI, enterprise systems, and integration platforms to create scalable agent workflows, support a citizen developer ecosystem, and establish technical foundations for an AI-powered operating model. The engineer will build agentic workflows using modular, API-first architectures; integrate enterprise systems and data; implement model-agnostic orchestration and MCP connectors; and establish production deployment and lifecycle management for AI agents. The role also embeds security, privacy, and compliance guardrails, develops reusable tooling for citizen developers, mentors internal teams, and evaluates emerging AI technologies. Compensation is listed as up to $145,000–$170,000 plus bonus, with Restricted Stock Units included in all offers. The final compensation depends on the applicant’s knowledge, education, abilities, internal equity, and market data.
