Senior Enterprise Architect – AI, RPA - Remote- Columbus, OH
About The Position
Seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to drive business and IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation across multiple business units. The role focuses on cloud modernization, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Virtual Assistants while ensuring alignment with enterprise technology standards. The Senior Enterprise Architect develops IT strategies, technology roadmaps, business capability models, and customer journey maps, and collaborates with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and IT teams to align technology solutions with business goals. The role provides enterprise and solution architecture guidance for AI, RPA, cloud modernization, and digital transformation projects; leads emerging technology evaluations and proof-of-concept initiatives; and establishes technology standards, architecture governance, and implementation guidelines. The architect also evaluates technologies, conducts market research, and presents recommendations, risks, and cost-benefit analyses. Required qualifications include at least seven years of IT experience, including two years in Enterprise Architecture and two years in Solution Architecture, as well as hands-on leadership implementing Generative AI, RPA, and Virtual Assistant solutions. Preferred qualifications include TOGAF certification, experience with the Avolution ABACUS Enterprise Architecture tool, and a related master’s degree. Requirements
- At least 7 years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in Enterprise Architecture and 2 years in Solution Architecture.
- Hands-on leadership experience implementing Generative AI, RPA, and Virtual Assistant solutions.
- Experience with cloud modernization and architecture governance.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud (GCP).
- Knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath.
- Strong strategic planning, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Nice To Haves
- TOGAF certification.
- Experience with the Avolution ABACUS Enterprise Architecture tool.
- Master’s degree in a related discipline.
