About The Position

Hyro, a leader in Responsible AI Agents for Healthcare, empowers health systems to automate workflows and conversations across various platforms like call centers, websites, SMS, and mobile apps. Their AI agents are HIPAA-compliant, quick to deploy, easy to maintain, and scalable, leading to improved patient outcomes and revenue insights. Hyro's clients include prominent health systems such as Intermountain Health, Baptist Health, and Hackensack Meridian Health. This is a remote role requiring up to 50% travel.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of enterprise sales or strategic account management experience in B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience selling into healthcare systems and complex enterprise environments
  • Strong track record of managing large, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior and executive stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow strategic enterprise healthcare accounts, including expansion and upsell opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from opportunity to close
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term customer outcomes
  • Negotiate commercial terms and manage procurement processes
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce
  • Represent Hyro at customer meetings and industry events
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of enterprise sales processes and strategy
