Integra•Houston, TX

About The Position

The Senior Engineering Quality Leader establishes and leads the quality strategy, governance, and execution model across engineering disciplines. The role ensures that designs, technical deliverables, specifications, and other engineering outputs meet customer requirements, regulatory expectations, internal standards, and project execution needs. It partners with Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Project Management, Supplier Quality, Procurement, Commissioning, and Operations to embed quality in design development, technical reviews, change control, risk management, and lessons learned. The role leads and develops the Engineering Quality function, establishes objectives and performance indicators, and reports quality performance, risks, corrective actions, and improvement priorities to senior leadership. It builds quality into engineering work products; governs design reviews, technical quality gates, deliverable reviews, change control, and release readiness; and integrates engineering requirements into the Quality Management System. The leader drives early risk identification and prevention, facilitates root cause analysis and corrective actions, ensures deliverables are ready for downstream project phases, and maintains compliance and audit-ready records. The role also uses data and continuous improvement to reduce recurring issues and cost of poor quality, improve handoffs and first-pass deliverable quality, and advance engineering quality maturity through training, standardization, digital tools, lessons learned, and quality culture development. Integra delivers turnkey data center solutions, managing phases from site selection and design through manufacturing, procurement, commissioning, and warranty. The company describes its culture as collaborative, accountable, and focused on continuous improvement.
