Requirements

• Experience leading a broader engineering organization of 15 to 50+ individuals.
• Experience managing both Engineering Managers and Individual Contributors.
• Experience guiding product line architecture.
• Experience aligning technical strategy with business goals.
• Experience ensuring cohesive design across disparate teams.
• Experience owning the overall delivery and operational health of a product line.
• Experience navigating dependencies and calibrating performance across multiple teams.

• Lead a broader engineering organization of 15 to 50+ individuals to build, scale, and maintain high-impact technical solutions for a collection of teams.
• Manage both Engineering Managers and Individual Contributors.
• Guide product line architecture.
• Align technical strategy with business goals.
• Ensure cohesive design across disparate teams.
• Act as a strategic driver for your domain, owning the overall delivery and operational health of your product line.
• Autonomously navigate dependencies and calibrate performance across multiple teams.
