What You Will Do: As the leader of this team, you will have the responsibility for leading and mentoring staff whose responsibilities span all phases of the systems engineering life cycle. These responsibilities include requirements analysis, design, integration, verification, and formal configuration management. This leader position will provide direction for tasks such as developing systems tools, supporting field demonstration and integration efforts, providing customer support, and mentoring. Direct support of cognizant programs in these areas is also required. The successful applicant should be knowledgeable of the systems development lifecycle and a proponent of the Agile method of system development. Requirements

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
  • Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.
  • Candidate selected will be subject to a government security investigation/reinstatement and must meet eligibility requirements.
  • Ability to travel domestically as needed.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
