About The Position

Specifications are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. The Sr. Engineer will work directly with the Government personnel in meeting the engineering needs of the project.

Requirements

• Experience working on highly complex and critical DoD related (any Service Branch), T&E projects.
• Experience with military T&E methodologies, Test Planning, Instrumentation planning.
• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline.
• DoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.

Responsibilities

• Ten (10) years of experience dealing with the concept design, engineering, and T&E of weapon systems components, subsystems, and systems.
• Expert-level knowledge of the principles and practices of T&E methodologies and techniques.
• Proven project leadership and management skills.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to successfully lead projects teams within a demanding T&E environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage conflict resolution and facilitate collaborative problem-solving within a T&E context.
