About The Position

Haskell is seeking a Senior Engineer to join its Design & Consulting Team and lead municipal water and wastewater engineering projects. The role involves developing engineering solutions for water and wastewater systems, managing projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, working with clients and regulatory stakeholders, mentoring junior colleagues, and supporting business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Biosystems, Mechanical, Chemical, or a related engineering field.
• At least 10 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Background in consulting.
• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CADD.
• Experience with project scheduling.
• Experience with proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets to support timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and direct the design of infrastructure such as pipelines, pumping stations, and treatment plants.
• Build positive relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to business development efforts.
