About The Position

GoodParty.org is seeking a Senior Engineer to scale frontier AI and build durable, high-impact products for Independent candidates and elected officials. The role involves leading technical projects, shaping architecture across the stack, and putting AI-native products into the hands of civic leaders. The engineer will own large parts of GoodParty.org’s products and work closely with a small team to turn early product ideas into working MVPs, often within one to two days. The role emphasizes using agents to build products and improve day-to-day engineering work, rather than manually writing or reviewing code. GoodParty.org is a Public Benefit Corporation working to empower Independent candidates to run, win, and serve. Its AI-powered platform provides free tools, training, and support for campaigns and elected officials.
