About The Position

LaBella Associates is looking for a Senior Engineer to work with our client to establish and evaluate equipment and construction standards for their transmission, substation and distribution systems. This role involves effective leadership in a matrix organization, managing projects from initiation to closing, including defining the project WBS, Cost Baseline and OBS structure, building comprehensive work plans, and controlling risks, scope, schedule, and budget. The Senior Engineer will also focus on managing teams, facilitating commitment and productivity, removing obstacles, and implementing and managing quality and environmental processes to meet SPI and CPI performance indicators less than 1.0. Additionally, the role includes management of third-party projects and oversight of construction and commissioning.

Requirements

• 10 years or more of experience in Project Management.
• 3 years of experience in large projects.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Professional Engineer License.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience in T & D standards evaluation and development.

Nice To Haves

• Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional certification.
