About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent.
Three years of experience utilizing middleware messaging technologies and supporting managed file transfer, message queues, and ETL solutions, including Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Cloud Services.
Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and administering IBM WebSphere MQ, including creating and managing queue managers, remote queues, local queues, and queue aliases.
Experience supporting file transfer platforms and architecture, including bTrade and Axway.
Experience performing BI upgrades and installations, with hands-on work in Cognos, Tableau, and Qlik Sense administration.
Experience utilizing and upgrading Tableau server architecture and implementing standardized configurations, governance controls, and performance optimization techniques.
Experience supporting infrastructure and BI platform upgrades for Cognos, Qlik Sense, and QlikView, including security and user administration, performance monitoring and troubleshooting, environment management, and service configuration.
Experience using MQ console and monitoring tools, including Genos and IBM MQ.
Experience configuring, monitoring, and maintaining secure file transfer endpoints, including AS2, SFTP, and HTTPS.

Responsibilities

Deliver strategic messaging platforms that support bank-wide application integration through middleware capabilities.
Support middleware messaging technologies, managed file transfer, message queues, and ETL solutions, including Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Cloud Services.
Install, configure, maintain, and administer IBM WebSphere MQ, including creating and managing queue managers, remote queues, local queues, and queue aliases.
Support file transfer platforms and architecture, including bTrade and Axway.
Perform BI upgrades and installations, including hands-on Cognos, Tableau, and Qlik Sense administration.
Utilize and upgrade Tableau server architecture to enhance performance, scalability, security, and availability; support increased user demand, maintain compliance, and enable new Tableau features and capabilities.
Implement standardized configurations, governance controls, and performance optimization techniques for Tableau platform administration.
Provide infrastructure support and BI platform upgrades for Cognos, Qlik Sense, and QlikView environments.
Perform security and user administration, performance monitoring and troubleshooting, environment management, service configuration, and platform upgrades to ensure stability, scalability, and compatibility.
Use MQ console and monitoring tools, including Genos and IBM MQ, to track configuration, channel performance, and queue manager events.
Configure, monitor, and maintain secure file transfer endpoints, including AS2, SFTP, and HTTPS.
