This role involves creating and presenting training and education material for other ADI Engineers and customers on product design, application, and service information. The engineer will define, develop, and support new products or technologies, which may include hardware reference designs or software. They will also drive, define, and approve customer-facing collateral, documentation, and application notes. Additionally, the role includes designing, laying out, building, and testing application boards to validate products, and developing demonstration systems to showcase industry-leading features. Providing technical support to customers to secure design-ins and sales for their assigned product portfolio, supporting customer visits, and mentoring junior engineers are also key responsibilities. The engineer will recommend actions to resolve quality or performance issues, perform system architecture analysis, and conduct hardware, software, and system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. Reporting design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to the product team and designing models or using system modeling or test tools to facilitate development are also part of the duties. This position offers a partial telecommute benefit (2 days/week work from home).
