Senior Engineer - Plumber - GVR
About The Position
This role involves directly supporting and enforcing initiatives from the Director of Facilities and Chief Engineer, ensuring all responsibilities are performed in accordance with Company standards, policies, and procedures. The position is responsible for overseeing HVAC/Central Plant operations and responding to job assignments for the repair, installation, and preventive maintenance of all equipment and related components. The Senior Engineer will also be responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos' "We Win Hearts" culture by making necessary repairs to maintain property operations, responding promptly and efficiently to guest complaints, and becoming thoroughly familiar with all property systems. Additionally, this role includes training less experienced Team Members, maintaining all tools and maintenance equipment, formulating bills of materials for assigned tasks, and being familiar with OSHA safety codes regarding chemicals and electrical equipment.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
- Must have minimum 5 years HVAC and Central Plant experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints, schematic drawings, and technical specifications.
- Ability to use and carry job related equipment.
- Proficient in two building trades or demonstrate "Master" level in one specific trade.
- Must have a valid Nevada driver's license.
Responsibilities

- Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures.
- Overseeing HVAC/Central Plant SR.
- Respond to job assignments in the repair, installation, and preventive maintenance of all equipment and related components as directed.
- Practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos' "We Win Hearts" culture.
- Makes all necessary repairs to maintain the properties operations.
- Responds to all internal and external Guest complaints promptly and efficiently to avoid Guest inconvenience or discomfort.
- Becomes thoroughly familiar with all systems throughout the property.
- Responsible for training less experienced Team Members.
- Maintains all tools and maintenance equipment.
- Formulate bill of materials to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Be familiar with OSHA safety codes regarding chemicals and electrical equipment.
