About The Position

Marriott International is seeking a highly skilled FLEX Senior Engineer, Oracle Fusion Integration to lead the architecture, design, development, deployment, and support of complex integrations across Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud, EPM Cloud, external applications, and enterprise data platforms. The role calls for deep expertise in Oracle ERP, EPM Integrate, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Autonomous Database (ATP), REST APIs, GraphQL, enterprise integration patterns, data transformation frameworks, and Oracle Financial business processes. Candidates should have a record of delivering multiple end-to-end Oracle ERP and EPM implementations and developing enterprise-scale integration strategies. This is a temporary position with an assignment duration through 09/30/2027. The Senior Engineer designs secure, scalable, and resilient integrations across Oracle Fusion modules and enterprise applications; develops integration and reporting solutions; builds data-processing and resiliency frameworks; leads release and DevSecOps practices; and guides technical teams and integration governance. The position also includes designing and building AI agents using workflow and supervisor patterns. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
8+ years of Oracle ERP and EPM implementation and integration experience.
At least 2 to 3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM implementation projects with significant integration leadership responsibilities.
Extensive hands-on experience integrating Oracle ERP and EPM Cloud with external applications and enterprise platforms.
Proven experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale integration architectures.
Demonstrated experience working in complex, global, multi-system environments.
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Financial processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
Thorough understanding of business process flows, data lineage, and integration touchpoints across Finance, PPM, and SCM ecosystems.
Deep expertise in Oracle ERP, EPM Integrate, OIC, ATP, REST APIs, GraphQL, enterprise integration patterns, data transformation frameworks, and Oracle Financial business processes.
Expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud data architecture, underlying tables, and transactional data models.
Strong experience using ERP, EPM, and OCI APIs.
Understanding of BOSS APIs and their usage scenarios.
Strong understanding of security controls, authentication, and authorization.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud and external enterprise applications.
Architect integrations spanning Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, EPM, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
Apply integration and architectural design patterns to complex business challenges; design canonical data models and define integration standards, governance frameworks, and reusable assets.
Design, develop, and maintain integrations using OIC, REST APIs, SOAP services, FBDI, UCM, API Gateway, and Functions.
Design, develop, and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports for integrations and operational reporting.
Provide technical leadership and guidance on Oracle ERP integration best practices, security controls, authentication, and authorization.
Design and build AI agents using workflow and supervisor patterns; apply context engineering and optimization principles.
Design and build data hydration frameworks using Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP).
Implement resiliency frameworks, including circuit breakers, retries, reprocessing, error handling, recovery, monitoring, and alerting.
Lead data transformation initiatives using XSLT, dynamic mappings, and advanced transformation techniques; develop high-volume batch and real-time integration processing solutions.
Lead deployments across development, testing, UAT, and production; manage dependencies and release orchestration for integration artifacts.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for Oracle integration solutions and apply DevSecOps practices.
Establish automated testing, code quality, and governance standards.
Partner with external partners, cross-application owners, solution architects, and teams to deliver process orchestrations.
Mentor and guide integration developers and technical teams.
Drive security and architecture reviews, design governance, and enterprise integration roadmaps.
