Engage in cross-functional collaboration within an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe). Participate in design sessions with peers and complete code reviews. Utilize developer tooling across the software development life cycle (task management, source code, building, deployment, operations, real-time communication) to perform advanced-level configuration activities under minimal direction. Diagnose and correct application and infrastructure issues. Mentor and support engineers at all junior levels. Share best practices and improve processes within and across teams. May require pre-hire technical screen. Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U.S. Multiple positions open.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field of study.
  • Three (3) years of experience as a Software Engineer, or related occupation.
  • Three (3) years of experience with: Computer networking, protocols, security methodologies and access management.
  • Two (2) years of experience with: Configuration experience with RedHat, JBOSS, MQ, Tomcat or Apache Web Servers; and Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
