In this role you will: Lead the site-level implementation of automation infrastructure and advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., "Factory of the Future" initiatives). Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) across production lines to optimize workflows. Oversee process and design engineering for capital projects, including technical feasibility studies, economic analysis, equipment specification, and successful floor commissioning. Monitor and analyze manufacturing processes to proactively reduce material losses, decrease cycle times, and elevate product quality using data-driven root-cause analysis. Act as the primary technical plant liaison with R&D, Sourcing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure manufacturing infrastructure is fully capable and optimized for New Product Introductions (NPI). Manage concurrent engineering and technical IT implementation projects, ensuring adherence to disciplined timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate with 3rd-party contractors and equipment vendors to ensure technical specifications, budget targets, and delivery schedules are met.
