Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Applied Engineering and Technology Management, Engineering, or a related field, and five (5) years of post-baccalaureate, progressive, work experience as an Information Technology Project Manager or related occupation.
  • Two (2) years of experience with/in: Project execution, risk management, quality change management, and stakeholder management;
  • Two (2) years of experience with/in: Implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDocP), and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP);
  • Two (2) years of experience with/in: Complying with the International Council for Harmonization of Technical Requirements of Pharmaceuticals for Human Use (ICH) / Food and Drug Administration (FDA) guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute IT project plans and technical work as directed, by providing input on project scope, objective, deliverable, and timelines.
  • Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Support activities within the quality management system (Infinity).
  • Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
  • Provide assistance to the departments within the local site on technical specifics of solutions for benchtop instrumentation and configurations.
  • Perform IT administrative tasks including application periodic reviews, user access reviews, and account administration.
  • Provide technical support on software development, life cycle activities, application configurations, data integrity, and cyber security to other departments and site teams.
  • Leverage the company's systems to manage changes, incidents, problems, and asset management activities in support of benchtop equipment and laboratory systems.
  • Initiate, review, or approve modifications to project plans.
  • Prepare documentation to support benchtop equipment and laboratory systems, ensuring that assets remain reliable, accessible, and secure.
