About The Position

As a Senior Engineer, Infra Innovation, you will interface with interdepartmental Project Managers to execute and monitor Fab Construction. You will analyze data, interpret project status updates, and develop recommendations. You will work with team members to complete multi-disciplinary project work effectively through communication, and engage in project status reporting, schedule creation, and on-time execution. You will create detailed step plans incorporating risk analysis for all executed work including start-up and commissioning. You will assist in managing consultant design teams, construction general contractors, and subcontractors to plan day-to-day activities related to new and retrofit construction. You will participate in the review of project submittals for compliance with design and site specifications. You will participate in and resolve project issues during construction, particularly those arising from constructability reviews, site observation reports, and construction punch lists. You will manage site record drawings and document libraries to maintain a facilities’ knowledge-base, including ownership of P&IDs, PFDs, O&M manuals, and relevant drawing files. You will review and analyze data for equipment/systems to ensure they are running within specifications and understand and apply 5S methodology in workspaces and processes to increase efficiency and safety. You will seek out innovative concepts/technologies and drive them to implementation. (Multiple Openings)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • 60 months of experience in job offered or in a related occupation
  • 60 months of experience involving Project Scheduling with P6/MS Project
  • 60 months of experience involving Complex Construction Project Integration (including Engineering, Procurement and Construction)
  • 60 months of experience involving Understanding BIM (Building Information Modeling)
  • 60 months of experience involving Data-driven executive reporting (Advanced proficiency in BI tools (Ex. Spotfire))
  • 60 months of experience involving Value Engineering and Cost Optimization
  • 60 months of experience involving Advanced SAP/ERP
