We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical engineer to join Sandisk’s Supply Chain Planning organization. In this role, you will support end-to-end planning and execution by translating business requirements, supply constraints, and operational realities into actionable, data-driven plans. You will work across multiple planning horizons and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in planning, operations, or supply chain analytics within a manufacturing or complex supply environment
  • Knowledge or hands-on experience with Advanced Planning Systems (e.g., i2 / Blue Yonder, Anaplan)
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end planning concepts, including demand–supply balancing and constraint management

Responsibilities

  • Analyze demand, supply, capacity, and inventory data to identify imbalances, risks, and opportunities across short-, mid-, and longer-term planning horizons
  • Develop and evaluate range- and scenario-based plans to assess trade-offs related to capacity, yield, inventory, and service levels
  • Drive actions to optimize material and resource utilization in support of revenue, margin, and service objectives
  • Own forecast performance and drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and address material, capacity, and operational constraints, ensuring plans are executable and aligned
  • Support business and operations reviews by translating complex planning data into clear insights, options, and recommendations
  • Serve as a key liaison across Business Units, Operations, Planning, and Finance to ensure alignment between strategic objectives and execution plans
  • Leverage advanced planning systems and analytical tools to enable constraint-based planning and data-driven decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve planning accuracy, reduce manual effort, and enhance operational efficiency
  • Support process standardization and documentation to improve planning clarity, transparency, and scalability
