Requirements

  • Master's or PhD in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or other relevant discipline.
  • Experience in sensor technologies, in-situ process monitoring, and semiconductor equipment.
  • Experience in Pro-E/Creo, CAD 3D Design/Modeling techniques and also in JMP
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment supporting a global customer base.
  • Clear communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to sensor technology projects spanning electrical, mechanical, optical, chemical, algorithms, and software domains, with a strong understanding of overall system impact and performance.
  • Drive sensor integration, testing, and qualification to ensure robust, high-quality solutions.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of project proposals, troubleshoot technical challenges, and develop new systems, tools, and components in compliance with product design and safety standards.
  • Manage projects end-to-end, including scheduling, progress tracking, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for sensor technology initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, software, and process teams to support hardware development and validation, including the creation, verification, and approval of test procedures.
  • Plan, execute, and coordinate testing activities, providing structured feedback to product engineering, physics, algorithms, and software teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the definition of external equipment interfaces, evaluate architectural concepts, and ensure designs remain current through analytical tools and methods.
