Senior Engineer I, Software QA
About The Position
As a Software QA Engineer for the advanced semiconductor packaging equipment team at Kulicke and Soffa, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of complex real-time software systems. These systems coordinate motion control, pick-and-place processes, image acquisition, and object recognition. You will work in a collaborative Agile (Scrum) environment alongside developers, system engineers, and global teams to validate new features, identify defects, and improve overall product quality. This role includes both manual and automated testing, with exposure to simulation environments as well as physical equipment.
Requirements
- Experience in software quality assurance.
- Familiarity with real-time software systems.
- Experience with motion control, pick-and-place processes, image acquisition, and object recognition.
- Experience in a collaborative Agile (Scrum) environment.
