  • Experience building production applications across user interfaces, application logic, APIs, and data integrations, with attention to usability, performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Experience translating product and design requirements into end-to-end experiences and evolving prototypes into reliable production software.
  • Solid software-engineering fundamentals and ability to write production-quality code using modern practices, including GitHub, CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews.
  • Experience with modern client or web application frameworks, backend services, API design, and scalable data storage.

  • Experience designing accessible interfaces and improving user journeys through telemetry, customer feedback, usability work, and controlled experiments.
  • Experience with application and service observability, performance profiling, automated end-to-end testing, and dependable release practices.
  • Experience taking products from early exploration through launch and live operation while managing cross-team technical dependencies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, technical mentorship, and ability to collaborate across product, design, engineering, and non-technical teams.
