About The Position

As part of the eFolioPlus development team, the Senior Engineer participates in the full systems life cycle and designs, codes, tests, implements, maintains, and supports application software delivered on time and within budget. The role handles complex problems independently and uses analytical thinking to make judgments and recommendations based on data analysis and interpretation. The position develops in-house applications in an Angular, .NET, Oracle, and SQL Server environment. It contributes to existing and new applications by analyzing requirements, identifying areas for modification or improvement, and determining whether to develop new code or reuse existing code. The role may lead assigned projects, advise management on technologies and methodologies, and provide technical guidance to help resolve programming problems. The engineer also participates in system testing and validation, programming, and documentation; writes or reviews system specifications; reviews test results and documents testing and remedial actions; and helps prevent rework and schedule slippage through sound analysis. Use of company-approved AI code-generation and testing tools is encouraged. The role is hybrid, with three office days per week, including a Monday or Friday, at the St. Petersburg, Florida, or Memphis, Tennessee, corporate office. Occasional non-standard shifts, nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities may be required. Travel is less than 25%.
