Responsible for mentoring the Product Service team and providing direct technical support to global GE Vernova customers through three primary workstreams: 1) Resolving customer technical inquiries and mentoring the team through complex engineering response (ER) cases, requiring system knowledge (i.e. gas fuel system, oil system, model based control, etc.). 2) Communicating GE Vernova technical guidance and business risk to customers and internal stakeholders via user conferences, webinars, and written technical documentation. 3) Leading or supporting complex operability root cause analyses (RCA) investigations for high‑impact issues, often in cross‑functional teams.
