Gordon Feinblatt LLC is seeking an experienced attorney to join their industry-leading practice. This is a first-chair opportunity at the center of Maryland’s energy transition, representing clients in high-stakes matters including before the Maryland Public Service Commission on the issues defining the state’s energy and public utility future. The attorney in this role will take a leading position on sophisticated regulatory work, including CPCN permitting for solar, battery energy storage, and fossil fuel generation projects; utility rate cases and other major contested proceedings before the Maryland Public Service Commission; regulatory and policy matters, including Commission rulemakings and legislative initiatives in Annapolis; and cutting-edge issues such as interconnection, energy storage, community solar, and net energy metering. This position offers substantial client contact, first-chair responsibility in contested proceedings, and a meaningful role in shaping and growing the practice.
