Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive on-site facility assessments, feasibility studies, and investment-grade audits to identify high-performance Energy Conservation Measures.
  • Develop, evaluate, and validate energy savings calculations and baseline models using ASHRAE-based methods, Trane engineering tools, and energy simulation platforms.
  • Author and guide the technical development of scopes of work, project proposals, performance guarantees, and contract documentation, including Exhibit E and utility baseline agreements.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Project Development Engineers, M&V specialists, and Project Managers to verify technical viability, mitigate risk, and align project delivery with client objectives.
  • Contribute to Standard Work methodologies, streamline regional engineering workflows, and support continuous improvement and internal tool development.
