About The Position

The Sr Endpoint Services Administrator leads and executes complex operations for the organization's endpoint and mobile device fleet, implementing advanced configurations, security frameworks, and compliance solutions. This experienced individual contributor drives device deployment strategies, architects security patch management processes, and develops monitoring solutions while working autonomously with minimal supervision. Success requires advanced expertise in endpoint management tools, scripting automation, and enterprise security protocols. The role encompasses project ownership, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsible for security enforcement and automation initiatives with a focus on increased autonomy, independent decision-making and leadership. (e.g., a switch from MobileIron to Microsoft Intune). Lead endpoint-related projects, such as large-scale deployments from one platform to another (e.g., a switch from MobileIron to Microsoft Intune). Coordinate with cross-functional teams for the deployment of new technologies, ensuring that end-user devices are fully integrated with the corporate network and tools. Support IT initiatives related to onboarding new systems or enhancing existing systems by testing and validating endpoint solutions. Generate regular reports on the health and performance of endpoint devices, including device compliance, software deployment success rates, and security posture. Provide analytics and insights to IT leadership regarding endpoint fleet health and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Act as a liaison between the Endpoint Services team and other IT departments to ensure proper coordination on issues related to networking, security, or systems integration. Involved in enforcing advanced security protocols and collaborating with the InfoSec team to mitigate threats. Additional Job Functions Performs other duties as assigned Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience required
  • 3-5 years of prior relevant experience required
  • MD-101, MD-102, or SC-200 or equivalent required
  • SC-900 required
  • Project Management and Process Improvement: Experience overseeing and implementing endpoint management initiatives, focusing on process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency
  • Security and Compliance Standards: Advanced knowledge in endpoint security and compliance, capable of enforcing policy frameworks across diverse OS environments (Windows, macOS, iOS).
  • Cloud Integration and Infrastructure: Expertise in cloud and on-premises integrations, including endpoint management through tools like Microsoft Intune, Jamf, and Azure AD. Experienced in hybrid identity solutions and managing endpoint connectivity through secure configurations.
  • Advanced Automation and Scripting: Strong skills in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, AutoIT) to automate complex deployment and troubleshooting tasks, with proven success in streamlining processes and reducing operational workload through automation.
