As a Analyst, Systems Management, you will support and enhance Newmont's global endpoint management environment, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable management of Windows devices and modern workplace technologies. You will play a key role in endpoint engineering, desktop management, automation, software deployment, patching, compliance, and device lifecycle management across a global enterprise.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Significant experience administering Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) in a large enterprise environment.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 deployment, upgrades, imaging, and endpoint lifecycle management.
Experience with application packaging, software deployment, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
Knowledge of endpoint compliance, reporting, and operational governance practices.
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure endpoint management.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Engineer, deploy, and maintain standardized Windows desktop and laptop environments.
Manage endpoint lifecycle activities including provisioning, deployment, upgrades, refreshes, and retirement.
Administer and support Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM), Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft Entra ID.
Package, test, and deploy enterprise applications and software updates.
Develop and maintain PowerShell automation and remediation solutions.
Manage patching, compliance, vulnerability remediation, reporting, and endpoint governance processes.
Provide Tier 3 support for complex endpoint management issues and perform root cause analysis.
Partner with cybersecurity teams to improve endpoint security and compliance.
Support modernization initiatives and migration to cloud-native endpoint management solutions.
Collaborate with global IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver secure and reliable endpoint services.
