As a Analyst, Systems Management, you will support and enhance Newmont's global endpoint management environment, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable management of Windows devices and modern workplace technologies. You will play a key role in endpoint engineering, desktop management, automation, software deployment, patching, compliance, and device lifecycle management across a global enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Significant experience administering Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) in a large enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
  • Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 deployment, upgrades, imaging, and endpoint lifecycle management.
  • Experience with application packaging, software deployment, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
  • Knowledge of endpoint compliance, reporting, and operational governance practices.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure endpoint management.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Engineer, deploy, and maintain standardized Windows desktop and laptop environments.
  • Manage endpoint lifecycle activities including provisioning, deployment, upgrades, refreshes, and retirement.
  • Administer and support Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM), Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Package, test, and deploy enterprise applications and software updates.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell automation and remediation solutions.
  • Manage patching, compliance, vulnerability remediation, reporting, and endpoint governance processes.
  • Provide Tier 3 support for complex endpoint management issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Partner with cybersecurity teams to improve endpoint security and compliance.
  • Support modernization initiatives and migration to cloud-native endpoint management solutions.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver secure and reliable endpoint services.
