About The Position
Wintrust is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to support enterprise endpoint patching, deployment, and vulnerability remediation initiatives. The role maintains secure, compliant, and up-to-date endpoint environments through patch management, vulnerability management, automation, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has experience with endpoint management platforms, patch deployment technologies, and vulnerability remediation in large enterprise environments.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of enterprise patch management and deployment experience.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, MECM/SCCM, WSUS, or similar endpoint management tools.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support enterprise patching for Windows, macOS, and endpoint applications.
- Administer and optimize endpoint management platforms, including Microsoft Intune, MCM/SCCM, WSUS, and Patch My PC.
- Develop, maintain, and automate patch deployment processes and schedules.
- Monitor patch compliance, deployment success, and endpoint health metrics.
- Partner with Information Security to prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities.
- Test and validate patches before production deployment.
- Troubleshoot patching, deployment, and endpoint configuration issues.
