We are currently looking for a Senior End User Support to join our Information Technology team in Minneapolis, MN. This is a 5 days a week onsite position. About the Role The Senior End User Support role provides advanced technical assistance across corporate applications, devices, telephony, and related technology. It supports business operations by maintaining reliable systems, assisting with application and communication tools, coordinating incident and outage resolution, and facilitating collaboration among business partners, vendors, and internal Technology teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; Four years of equivalent technical support experience
  • Demonstrated experience providing end-user or desktop support in a corporate environment
  • Experience supporting hardware, software, business applications, and peripheral equipment
  • Experience coordinating technical issues with vendors and internal technology teams
  • Must be willing to work in-person 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies recurring application, hardware, and connectivity issues and recommends effective solutions.
  • Installs, configures, diagnoses, repairs, and upgrades Lenovo workstations, laptops, docking stations, and peripheral equipment.
  • Troubleshoots Cisco phones, mobile devices, Microsoft Teams, video-conferencing systems, and related unified communications technologies.
  • Participates in incident, outage, and crisis-management activities, including troubleshooting, escalation, coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Works with external vendors and internal Technology teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Collaborates effectively with remote Technology teams and business partners.
  • Learns and supports the organization’s local video-conferencing infrastructure in coordination with the Conference Services team.
  • Documents technical issues, solutions, procedures, and configuration changes.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizes and prioritizes work while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Works independently, demonstrates initiative, and exercises sound judgment.
  • Develops an understanding of the organization’s goals, objectives, and business operations.
  • Participates in on-call, after-hours, and weekend support as required.
