The Senior Enclosure Project Engineer is responsible for the evaluation, assessment, and restoration or retrofitting of existing commercial, industrial, and residential buildings, and designing and retrofitting building enclosure systems. The successful candidate is personable and comfortable collaborating with clients and colleagues, communicating with contractors, and working on active construction sites. The candidate should have thorough knowledge of building enclosure design across the climate zones in BC and for a range of building types. A commitment to providing first-rate client service while delivering practical and creative solutions is required.
