Join QVC US as a Sr Employee Relations Partner, where you'll deliver expert employee relations guide a positive workplace climate, and ensure compliance with employment laws and QVC policies. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Employee Relations Office, you'll lead complex investigations, provide guidance to managers and team members, and champion QVC's culture of inclusivity and leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading investigations into complex workplace complaints, including violations of policy or law, with direct ownership from planning through resolution.
  • 5+ years of experience managing formal employee relations processes such as disciplinary actions, risk assessments, performance management, attendance, and terminations, ensuring compliant and equitable outcomes.
  • 5+ years of experience applying US federal and state employment laws, including discrimination, whistle-blowing, and compliance, in a multi-state environment.
  • 5+ years of experience documenting, tracking, and reporting employee relations cases using case management systems, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • 5+ years of experience analyzing relevant data to identify trends, propose solutions, and enhance the our corporate climate.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate workplace complaints and ensure legal and policy compliance, protecting QVC from risk.
  • Advise managers and People Team colleagues on employee relations issues, policy interpretation, and compliance.
  • Track and report employee relations activity, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
  • Support delivery of formal employee relations processes, ensuring consistency and fairness.
  • Develop and deliver training on employee relations management and compliance topics.
