Overview Our Center of Execellence office in Hunt Valley, MD is seeking a Strategic Employee Benefits professional to join our team as a Senior Employee Benefits Data Consultant! As a Consultant, you will analyze, strategize and support cost mitigation and utilization within our clients benefits plans. Primarily working with middle market to large group clients, this client facing function will add incredible value to our partnership with our customers. If you have an eye for analytics and value based plan design with a financial acumen, this could be the role for you! The Sr. Employee Benefits Data Consultant is responsible for designing risk management strategies and producing measurable outcomes for clients and prospects using data and technology. This position is a remote position.
