The Antenna/Microwave and E3 Department provide innovative and affordable solutions to our customers in all business areas. We are responsible for designing phased array antenna systems including active and passive microwave components, radiators, radomes and a variety of RF subassemblies. We develop new technologies for advanced capabilities and provide support to all life-cycle phases of the best radar systems in active worldwide deployments and grow our people with exciting new challenges, on-the-job training, mentoring and purposeful rotations. The Senior EMI Effects Engineer is responsible for architecture design of electronics for extremely low electromagnetic emissions and high tolerance to external electromagnetic interferers. Applications include EMSEC and electronic warfare, with emphasis on the design of advanced missiles or like- applications. Experience in applied methods to control self-interference in high-gain, high-speed, low-noise advanced sensor systems including radar and electro-optic guidance units, the grounding strategies thereof, power distribution, shielding, partitioning and noise-reduction methods. The Engineer has experience in the architecture, application and advanced design of electronic subsystems that have successfully achieved high performance in the field.
