The Senior Emergency Management Analyst (EMA) will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing continuity and emergency management documentation, including COOP Plans, Occupant Emergency Plans (OEP), communications plans, essential records plans, evaluation plans, templates, checklists, and supporting procedures. This role involves overseeing quality assurance and updates for over 1,500 Occupant Emergency Plans, developing Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and process analyses, and monitoring changes to federal continuity guidance to ensure compliance. The analyst will also plan, coordinate, execute, and evaluate agency-wide exercises, serve as a lead planner for high-visibility exercises, and develop exercise documentation. Additionally, the position requires supporting continuity and emergency response operations during real-world incidents, preparing operational documentation, managing emergency notification systems, and developing and delivering training. Program administration duties include maintaining daily operational reporting, supporting program planning, and participating in various meetings. The role also requires providing surge support during emergencies and other mission requirements.
