About The Position

This position is contingent upon award of contract SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Senior ELINT Analyst to support our customer in McDill AFB, Florida. The Senior ELINT Analyst will conduct, analyze, and database Order of Battle/Force Disposition for military forces and insurgent/terrorism (i.e. facilities, equipment) for which USCENTCOM is RESPROD. They will perform basic target development of all military, insurgent/terrorist functional production areas (i.e. facilities), in support of lethal/non-lethal engagements, planning, steady state, crisis, and contingency operations. The role involves reviewing, evaluating, and editing database records (currently MIDB) associated with target support requests to ensure the entity is free of errors. The analyst will extract Order of Battle information from the assigned database and prepare tailored reports, review, coordinate and complete SDIAPP requests, and develop training materials and conduct OJT for personnel as required. Additionally, the Senior ELINT Analyst will provide recommended input to CJCS Manuals/Instructions and USCENTCOM policies/SOPs, submit collection requests and source directed requirements as well as source evaluations to support Order of Battle, and identify and nominate no-strike entities to the assigned database. They will update database records IAW DoD and USCENTCOM policies/procedures, respond to RFIs, and prepare and present briefings as required.

Requirements

  • Active In-Scope TS/SCI clearance.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.
