About The Position

As a Senior Electrical Characterization Engineer, you will lead electrical validation and characterization efforts, ensuring performance, reliability, and production readiness across complex electronic systems. This role offers high visibility, hands-on technical ownership, and the opportunity to collaborate across engineering teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in electrical characterization, validation, or design verification of electronic systems
Hands-on experience with ECU testing, preferably within infotainment or telematics systems
Strong background in bench testing, signal measurement, and lab instrumentation (oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters, etc.)
Experience developing or supporting automated test environments (hardware and/or software)

Responsibilities

Develop and execute detailed electrical characterization and validation test plans for Ecus across multiple versions and revisions
Perform bench-level electrical testing to validate design integrity, performance, and reliability
Own module-level design verification activities to ensure ECUs meet product and manufacturing requirements
Partner cross-functionally with Electrical Engineering teams to define test strategies and validation criteria
Support development of scalable test hardware and software automation frameworks
Analyze results and deliver clear, structured reporting to stakeholders, driving data-informed decisions
