Reporting to the Field Services Manager/Supervisor, the Senior Field Service Technician’s primary function is the installation, repair, maintenance and management of both Sharp and Pregis Packaging Systems/Equipment, with a predominate focus on Pregis’ automation equipment. In addition to assisting with the equipment needs of their customers, it is the responsibility of Pregis Senior Field Service Technicians to effectively communicate with both external customers and internal stakeholders (Sales, Engineering, and Service) about technical and non-technical information. This job is fully remote and based out of your assigned territory or regional area. Daily local and remote travel Monday to Friday to customer sites. Overtime as required.
