The Senior Electrical Test Engineer will develop and execute test plans for hardware verification and validation of new prototypes, particularly in the AR/VR space, and present testing results to cross-functional teams, providing design feedback for future iterations.

Requirements

B.S. in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent experience in a related field.
7+ years of professional hands-on experience in Electrical Engineering.
Validation of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.
Signal integrity, power integrity, and timing analysis.
Experience in audio testing.
Verification of digital interfaces: SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, USB (at least one).
Load regulation, line regulation, efficiency, and ripple/noise measurements.
Root cause analysis and failure diagnostics.
Board bring-up and prototype validation.
Ability to travel for work-related purposes as needed; access to reliable transportation is required due to the nature of our business and multiple client sites.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Background checks are required.

Nice To Haves

MSEE is a plus.
Firmware-hardware integration validation.
Debugging using JTAG, SWD, and serial interfaces.
Fault condition testing: over-voltage, over-current, thermal shutdown.
Automated power sequencing and transient response analysis.
Battery testing and characterization.
Wireless charging testing and validation.
Python: Test automation, data parsing, visualization, and report generation.
