About The Position
Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Senior Electrical Systems Integration Engineer to join their Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (SEIT) team. This role will support the final design, development, production, integration, test, and delivery of a next-generation wideband MILSATCOM system. The position focuses on Electrical Systems Integration and requires collaboration across various teams and functions to ensure the successful delivery of critical capabilities.
Requirements
- Experience with the integration, design, test, or analysis of Electrical, RF, or Software products or subsystems
- Demonstrated ability to team across organizational boundaries and geographical locations to collaborate with and influence others
- Ability to obtain a DOD SECRET Security Clearance
- US Citizenship is required
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering or a closely related technical discipline
- Systems Integration experience
- Familiar with spacecraft architecture design, development, integration, test
- Validated understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors
- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and tackle numerous roles as part of the daily program operations
- Demonstrated behaviors of a systems problem solver; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very sophisticated problems and implement constructive change
- Experience with MBSE concepts in DOORS and Cameo
- Active secret clearance
Responsibilities
- Support the integration lead for different Electrical subsystems
- Support the definition of electrical system interfaces
- Support the requirement decomposition and allocation process with the Requirements team
- Support anomaly investigations
- Support the definition, analysis, and recommendation of Trade Study options related to the electrical systems
- Perform data and document reviews and provide feedback for technical and program documentation
- Support systems/hardware integration, test planning and execution and find opportunities for build flow and test efficiencies
