About The Position

Facility Solutions Group's West Palm Beach Office is hiring a Senior Project Manager for its new construction division. The role plans, coordinates, and executes large electrical projects ranging from $5 million to $50 million. The project manager oversees the full project lifecycle, manages resources and personnel, ensures adherence to timelines and budgets, and maintains effective communication with stakeholders. The position contributes to the successful completion of profitable electrical projects.

Requirements

Typically, at least 5 years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and industry standards.
Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Familiarity with electrical design, codes, and regulations, such as NEC and IEC.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as PMP or Certified Electrical Project Manager.

Responsibilities

Plan, oversee, and direct large electrical projects for the new construction division.
Disseminate relevant project information to various departments.
Monitor project progress and maintain the project schedule.
Develop project budgets and track project costs according to contractual obligations.
Review and study project documents, including estimates, design drawings, specifications, customer proposals, and contracts.
Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
