About The Position

Luck Grove is a rapidly growing infrastructure contractor specializing in telecom, underground construction, and expanding into electrical across high-growth markets. We are building a high-performance electrical division in Florida and are looking for a top-tier foreman to help lead it.

Requirements

• 10+ years electrical experience
• Proven experience running commercial projects independently
• Strong knowledge of NEC and Florida code requirements
• Experience with site electrical, panels, and conduit systems
• Strong leadership and accountability in the field
• Someone who takes ownership and moves fast

Nice To Haves

• EV charging experience is a major plus

Responsibilities

• Run commercial electrical jobs from start to finish
• Lead and manage crews (5–10 electricians)
• Coordinate daily field operations and production
• Read and execute plans, specs, and drawings
• Handle inspections and work directly with AHJs
• Lay out conduit runs, panels, and EV charging installations
• Maintain jobsite safety and NEC compliance
• Communicate with project managers and leadership
