Requirements

7–10+ years in electrical estimating (commercial preferred)
Experience in preconstruction and bid strategy
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordination
Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines

Nice To Haves

Experience in general construction estimating
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Familiarity with tools like Accubid and On-Screen Takeoff

Responsibilities

Lead preconstruction and estimating strategy for commercial electrical and general construction projects.
Evaluate and select bid opportunities alongside leadership.
Develop conceptual, schematic, and final estimates.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals.
Drive value engineering initiatives to improve project competitiveness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Collaborate closely with project management to ensure successful project handoff.
